Since the inception of The Green Mission Inc., Probity Appraisal and recently GM-ESG, I have had the privilege of working alongside an exceptional colleague and friend, Jennie Lumpkin. From the very beginning, Jennie has been an integral part of our organization’s growth and success, shaping our approach to client service, operational excellence, and industry leadership.
Jennie’s professional background is as impressive as it is diverse. With studies in Business Law from Washington Business School and 15 years of experience in the corporate insurance industry, she brought with her a strong foundation in contract management, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. But it is in the deconstruction and donation space, where she has dedicated more than a decade of her career, that Jennie’s talents have truly flourished.
For the past 10 years, Jennie has served as Director of Business Development in the deconstruction and personal property appraisal sector, earning the trust of nonprofits, builders, and deconstruction contractors nationwide. Her extensive knowledge of appraisal time constraints, nonprofit requirements, and IRS compliance standards has made her a go-to resource in our industry. Her attention to detail ensures our workflow is not only streamlined but also responsive to the latest guidance from the IRS and leading appraisal organizations.
Recently, Jennie accepted the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This was a natural progression given her proven ability to build strong relationships, drive business growth, and maintain operational excellence. As CRO, she continues to lead with the same dedication, ensuring our clients and partners receive the highest quality service while helping guide the strategic direction of our organization.
Working together as a women-led executive team has been both inspiring and deeply rewarding. Jennie and I share a mutual passion for producing the best possible deliverables for our clients while maintaining kindness, respect, and care for their interests. She is loved and trusted by our clients, who rely on her to keep them informed about ongoing projects, ensure our processes remain efficient, and incorporate the latest industry standards.
Beyond her professional excellence, Jennie is a dedicated wife, married for 20 years to her husband Todd, and a proud “dog mom” to her two Havanese companions and two rescued cats. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time outdoors, finding balance and joy in life outside of the fast-paced world of deconstruction and appraisal.
Our industry thrives on relationships built on trust, knowledge, and consistent delivery of value. Jennie exemplifies all three. It is an honor to lead alongside her as we continue to advance our mission: delivering precise, ethical, and client-focused appraisals and valuation reporting that support sustainable building practices, strengthen nonprofits, and drive meaningful impact in communities across the country.
