At the client's request, we offer follow-up services, including the review of metrics on subsequent decommission projects and analysis of property procurement costs and methods. We also support internal and external ESG auditors, leveraging the expertise of our CEO, a practicing CPA with 24 years of experience
Report Costs: Our valuation services start at approximately $500 and are adjusted based upon the variety of property decommissioned as well as the scope identified in the market and client analysis. Our services for non-cash IRS Qualified Appraisals are contracted separately.
