Under that umbrella, we also provide no-obligation quotes and inspections so that you can understand the hidden value in the building, building materials, or personal property you are looking to donate, allowing you to potentially realize tax savings through your donation. We work closely with clients to provide a comprehensive experience that may include:

Project planning, scheduling, and logistics for commercial and residential deconstruction and donations in concert with the client’s chosen deconstruction contractor

Communication with local and state agencies to ensure the client understands potential deconstruction ordinances and incentives within their locality
